Automated dunning
Polite, specific reminders before and after the due date, sent from your email in your company's name, with the invoice and a payment link attached. Our team oversees the schedule.
Your done-for-you receivables team
We'll handle your receivables like a large team, for a fraction of the cost of an in-house receivables team. Our team uses AI to do the heavy lifting, so far fewer people can do the work of a full receivables team, with a person accountable for every account. We set everything up, send reminders and handle replies in your name, give your customers a way to pay straight into your QuickBooks, apply the cash and send you cash flow forecasts.
Hi Dana,
A friendly note that invoice 1042 is due on October 30. I've attached a copy, and you can pay online here: Pay invoice 1042. Is anything needed on your side, like a PO number?
Thanks,
Jordan, Your Company

What you get
AI does the volume, our team oversees every account, and you keep the customer relationships and the decisions that change what a customer owes.
Polite, specific reminders before and after the due date, sent from your email in your company's name, with the invoice and a payment link attached. Our team oversees the schedule.
AI reads and drafts answers to customer replies: copies of invoices, missing POs, payment dates, payment plan requests. Our team handles the judgment calls, and disputes or anything sensitive come to you.
A simple page where your customers see what's open and pay by card or bank transfer, straight into your QuickBooks. The money never passes through Mitt.
Payments are matched to the right invoices in QuickBooks. Short pays, lump payments and missing remittance details are checked by our team instead of guessed at.
A regular forecast of expected collections, built from your open invoices and how your customers have paid before. It's an estimate to plan with, not a promise.
A plain-English summary of what was sent, what customers said, what was paid and applied, and what needs your decision.
How we work
AI lets far fewer people do the work of a full receivables team. It doesn't replace judgment. A person at Mitt is accountable for your account, start to finish.
A receivables team, without the hire
Hiring for AR means salary, benefits, training, and cover for vacations and turnover. Mitt gives you a done-for-you receivables team on simple per-invoice pricing instead.
A cost comparison only, not a promise of results. Your price depends on your invoice volume and the services you choose.
How it works
We connect your QuickBooks Online and set up the flows of invoices, customers and payments into Mitt's software. There's nothing for you to configure.
Our software uses AI to prepare reminders and replies, sent from your email in your company's name. Our team oversees what goes out, handles escalations and makes the judgment calls. Disputes and sensitive issues come to you.
Your customers pay through a simple payment page, straight into your QuickBooks. Mitt never holds your money.
We apply payments to the right invoices and send you cash flow forecasts and regular summaries. You approve write-offs, credits and settlements.
What we don't do
Your customers are relationships worth keeping. Our team follows up the way a good in-house AR team would.

Onboarding waived
Try it on your own receivables before you commit. We set it up, our team runs it, you read the summaries, then decide.
Now onboarding pilot clients in DFW. The customer payment page, QuickBooks Online connection and cash flow forecasts launch with our pilot clients, and we'll set each one up with you as it goes live.
Ask about a pilotFinal terms are set out in a written agreement before any work begins.
For bookkeepers and fractional CFOs
Some clients need more invoice chasing than a monthly bookkeeping engagement can cover. Mitt handles that follow-up so you and your client don't have to, and you keep the client relationship.
FAQ
We ask for the least access the work needs, and for a health check that's just an exported report with names masked if you like. Before we connect to your systems, we sign a written agreement that covers what we can access, how it's stored, who can see it, and when it's deleted. We don't sell or share your data, and we'll sign an NDA on request.
QuickBooks Online comes first. If you're on another system, we can start from a CSV export of your open invoices and customer contacts. Tell us what you use and we'll tell you honestly how it would work.
Nothing to manage day to day. We connect QuickBooks Online and set up the flows. After that, our team runs your receivables, using AI for the heavy lifting and overseeing what goes out, and you have a named person to contact. You'll hear from us when something needs your decision, like a dispute, a sensitive issue, or a write-off, credit or settlement.
Messages go out in your company's name, from your email address. Mitt works as part of your team, not as an outside agency.
Your customers open a link, see their open invoices, and pay by card or bank transfer through your own QuickBooks payment account, so the money goes straight to you and the payment is recorded in QuickBooks. Mitt never receives or holds funds. Standard payment processing fees from your provider apply.
With full AR, yes. We agree in writing with you and your bookkeeper who records what, so nothing is entered twice. Our team checks unclear matches before they're posted, and you can keep cash application in-house if you prefer.
They're estimates built from your open invoices and your customers' past payment patterns, and real results will differ. They're meant to help you plan, not to promise when cash will arrive.
No, and we'd be wary of anyone who does. Every customer and situation is different. What we commit to is the process: consistent, polite follow-up on every open invoice, every reply handled, and a clear regular view of where things stand.
No. Mitt works only on business-to-business receivables, and we're not a collection agency.
Start with the 60-day pilot. After that, terms are set out in a simple written agreement before we begin.
